These rights apply to information FreshScan collects, uses, and shares in connection with your use of the Service.

2. Right to Delete
You may request that we delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions such as:

Corrections can be made directly in the app or by contacting support.
4. Right to Opt Out of “Sharing” for Cross‑Context Behavioral Advertising
FreshScan does not sell personal information. However, certain analytics or advertising tools used on the website may be considered "sharing" under CPRA.
You may opt out of such sharing by:
- Adjusting cookie preferences on our website
- Enabling "Do Not Track" (where supported)

FreshScan does not share personal information from the mobile app for advertising purposes.
5. Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information
FreshScan may collect limited sensitive information such as:
- Dietary preferences
- Allergy information
This information is used only to provide core features (e.g., allergy alerts) and is never used for advertising or profiling. You may request that we limit the use of sensitive information to what is necessary to provide the Service.
6. Right to Non‑Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA/CPRA rights. This includes:
- Denying access to the Service
- Charging different prices
- Providing a different level of quality
However, certain features may not function if required data is deleted.
